Hello, I’m Herman Pobrati, founder of Little Olive Oil. My story began in the olive groves of Albania, where my grandfather often said, "Every olive has a story."
I grew up enjoying meals made with fresh ingredients and rich, flavourful olive oil, the kind of cooking I still love to share today.
For five generations, we’ve been growing olives in Albania, a country full of unspoiled beauty and tradition. As a garden designer and landscaper, I’ve spent my life working with the earth, creating spaces that feel natural and lasting.
Little Olive Oil brings it all together, my roots, my connection to the land, and a love of simple, honest food. This is more than just olive oil; it’s a reflection of where I come from and the joy of bringing people together over good food.
