All olives for our November 2025 harvest are sourced from the Berat region of Albania.
Berat sits in central southern Albania, inland along the Osum River, in the wider area of Mount Tomorr.
With a Mediterranean-influenced climate and hilly, terraced land that suits olive trees, it’s one of Albania’s key olive-growing regions.
Olives here are traditionally farmed by small family growers, who harvest them and take them to local mills.
Each olive variety is chosen with care by the Pobrati family, drawing on five generations of knowledge to guide what goes into every harvest.
Kalinjot is native to Albania, and we chose it as the centre of our flavour range because it remains balanced and characterful, while being genuinely versatile for cooking and finishing.

This EVOO was harvested in November 2025.
This EVOO has a best-before date of the end of November 2027. If it lasts that long!
Thanks so much for noticing! We initially offered both glass and aluminium options on our website, and aluminium has since become a clear favourite.
It’s lightweight, blocks light from the EVOO effectively, adds a stylish touch to any kitchen, and makes a thoughtful gift.
Plus, the bottle is made from 100% recycled aluminium and can be recycled repeatedly, making it a fantastic eco-friendly choice.
Break the tamper-evident seal when you're ready to open it.
Twist off the lid to reveal an opening about 2.5 centimetres wide.
If you need a large amount of EVOO, pour slowly directly from the bottle.
For better control, pour a small amount into a teaspoon or tablespoon first.
When you’ve finished, replace the lid and wipe away any spills.
Our aluminium bottle provide sexcellent light protection, but EVOO still benefits from staying cool and fresh.
Store it in a cool place away from heat and direct sunlight.
Remember to keep it upright, reseal after each use, and wipe the neck if needed after pouring.
These simple steps help preserve the quality and flavour of your EVOO.
EVOO is an oil, so it can leavestains. To keep things tidy, keep the bottle upright and gently wipe the neck and bottle if needed after pouring.
Also, avoid placing the bottle or its contents on porous stones, fabrics, or other materials, as oil marks can be tough to remove.
We currently ship within the UK. International shipping is planned, so stay tuned for updates.
