Trio Select is a cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) made from a blend of three celebrated olive varieties: Koroneiki (originally from Greece), Frantoio from Italy, and Leccino (originally from Italy).
Grown in Albania’s Mediterranean microclimate and high-altitude groves, these olives are hand-picked and expertly blended to create a smooth, mild oil with delicate flavour and balance.
This is a superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Trio Select is a harmonious mix of Koroneiki, Frantoio, and Leccino olives, all grown in the hillside village of Varibop. Nestled among forests and ancient groves, the village’s cooler microclimate and mineral-rich terrain create the oil’s smooth texture and silky flavour with a gentle bitterness.
This blend reflects the versatility of Albanian terroir and the Pobrati family’s careful selection process, rooted in five generations of knowledge and experience.
