Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Opened food products are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at customercare@littleoliveoil.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and details of the issue.

Return items to: Little Olive Oil Head Office, 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS, United Kingdom.

You can return your item immediately even if you haven't received a reply from us. However, not if the glass bottle is broken in which case please send us a photograph.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with
the following:

Your order number.

Photos of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business
days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

For damaged or faulty goods, we cover the return shipping costs.
