How To Make Whipped Feta Dip
In a food processor, add the crumbled feta cheese, 4 tablespoons of Little live Oil EVOO, Greek yoghurt, and minced garlic and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Taste the whipped feta and add salt and pepper as needed, depending on the saltiness of the feta, you may not need additional salt.
Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with more Little Olive Oil EVOO and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or vegetable crudités.
Store leftover whipped feta in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and stir before serving again.
